one more thing
no i havent started exercising...but since august i have lost a total of 16lbs....i know that isnt much for 3 months, but it is better than gaining!.....but what i have found is that at age 46 i carry my weight a lot differently, and 5 or 10 years ago the weight i am now would have looked ok....now i believe i have shrunk, things that were up are down and i have no-ass-atall(size 8 jeans are baggy) ...but my waist makes up for it...(so the jeans have to be kinda low rise, so baggy shirts....). i was once told as long as your boobs are bigger than your belly you were good...well mine are, but you cant tell since they now rest on the belly, creating one lumpy top half, with midget stick legs ...so my point is...i have more to lose!
